David Alistair Baines Thank you Anna for your wisdom, living in the UK I went onto Amazon UK to buy your book for 7 pounds when at checkout I found they wanted to charge 6 pounds delivery or sign up for Prime (costing 70 pounds) I cancelled my order and an hour later found Anna in her wisdom had produced a Pdf version. I have now removed my account at Amazon and sent Anna 20 dollars by PayPal with Best wishes for humanity’s future.
