ADDRESSES IN THE REPUBLIC

Do you know how addressing works?  Each item in an address includes everything which is written before it.  For example, take this address:
.

Jaro henry Smith
1234 Main street
Santa Ana, California 92701

This means that within the 92701 ZIP code jurisdiction, there is a place called California, within which there is a city called Santa Ana, within which there is a street called Main, within which there is a building number 1234, within which there is a person called Jaro henry Smith.

.
So that mail was NOT sent to California, which is a state of the Union, which is in a Republic. It was sent to some federally designated region number 92701. And whatever is within that region is NOT in a state of the Union.

And living within that 92701 region constitutes a prima facie evidence of RESIDENCY, which entitles the resident to certain gov’t benefits, but which also makes him a SUBJECT to statutes and codes. Using a ZIP code makes you a RESIDENT of the corporate STATE (the one created by the SECOND State Constitution).
So unless you want to be a Statutory Subject of the STATE, you may want to either NOT use ZIP codes, or place the ZIP code number BEFORE the name of the city.

.
BTW, in most European countries, that’s EXACTLY how postal codes are used. I.e. BEFORE the name of the city.  And they call them POSTAL CODES, not ZIP codes. Such as:

.
Jaro henry Smith
1234 Main street
92701 Santa Ana, California

.
Addressing like this will be NON-DOMESTIC MAIL since DOMESTIC MAIL requires a ZIP code at the end. Addressing like this will be IN THE REPUBLIC, in a state of the Union, since California is defined in the 1856 Bouvier’s Law Dictionary as a state of the Union, so the address is in California, and NOT in any ZIP-coded region.  The 92701 number will then designate a MERE POSTAL CODE within California, NOT within a federal ZIP code region called ‘CALIFORNIA’.

Those who wish to assert living in a Republic, should use addressing with a POSTAL CODE, rather than a ZIP CODE because a postal code does NOT grant jurisdiction to the corporate STATE, whereas a ZIP code does.

How do I know this?  Simple.  DEFACTO corporate governments REQUIRE ZIP code addresses when you apply for their benefits.   No ZIP code = no fed statutory jurisdiction.

According to the USPS Domestic Mail Manual, ZIP codes are not required for First Class and/or Priority mail, but since sending mail without them often creates problems because many postal employees are ignorant of that fact, so it’s best to add the ZIP number in the form of a POSTAL CODE.  Let them presume that it’s a ZIP code.  Their presumption does NOT change the fact that a postal code is NOT a ZIP code.

Another way of addressing WITHOUT a ZIP code that I often use is this:

Jaro henry Smith
1234 Main street
Rural route 92701
Santa Ana, California

This also works quite well, with the additional benefit of your address being designated as RURAL, i.e. OUTSIDE of any incorporated areaAll un-incorporated areas are OUTSIDE of the jurisdictions of city police.
This form of address works quite well, as even packages from China come to me without a problem.

Also, in some European countries they spell the names of their citizens on gov’t IDs like this: “Jaro SMITH”. I.e., ONLY the last name is capitalized. And this indicates to me that those citizens are Capitis Diminutio Minima, that is, persons with minimum diminishment of status, while in US, citizens are spelled in all caps, such as JARO SMITH, which indicates MAXIMUM diminishment of status, Capitis Diminutio Maxima.
