Take a blank piece of paper. Fold it in half, top to bottom, so that the fold provides you with a straight line in the middle of the paper. Now, unfold the paper and lay it out flat again, take a ruler and draw a big, fat line along the fold so that the top half of the page and the bottom half of the page is clearly separated and defined.

At the top of the page write: “Non-Delegated and Unincorporated Powers”

Under that, write: “The United States, a union formed by The Unanimous Declaration of Independence, July 4, 1776.”

Under that, write: “The United States of America, a Holding Company formed by Congressional Act, September 9, 1776, to hold and control all jointly held powers.”

Then…. on the bottom half the paper, right under the fat line, write: “Delegated and Incorporated Powers”.

Under that, write: “Federal United States doing-business-as “the” United States. Missing in action since 1860, moth-balled and controlled as a trust.”

Then under that, write: “Territorial United States, British-controlled usurper doing-business-as “the” United States of America.”

Then under that, write: “Municipal United States, Congressional oligarchy.”

What you should have on your paper is a list that looks like this:

Non-Delegated and Unincorporated Powers

The United States, a union formed by The Unanimous Declaration of Independence, July 4, 1776.

The United States of America, a Holding Company formed by Congressional Act, September 9, 1776, to manage all jointly held powers.

Delegated and Incorporated Powers

Federal United States doing-business-as “the” United States. Missing in action since 1860, moth-balled and controlled as a trust.

Territorial United States, British-controlled usurper doing-business-as “the” United States of America.

Municipal United States, Congressional oligarchy.

**** This, above, is the basic structure of the American Government.****

You will notice that it is neatly divided between “Non-Delegated and Unincorporated Powers” and “Delegated and Incorporated Powers.”

There are two principal unincorporated entities that hold sovereign power — “The United States” and “The United States of America”, both with a capital “T” and a definite article, “The”, included as part of their names.

“The United States” holds all sovereign powers related to the soil (national) jurisdiction owed to the combined states and people. “The United States of America” holds all sovereign powers related to the international jurisdictions of the land and sea.

It had to be organized like this, because The Definitive Treaty of Paris, 1783, demanded a further apportionment of “powers” known as the “Delegated and Incorporated Powers”—-and our Forefathers were determined that Britain was never going to get it paws on one cubic centimeter of our land and soil jurisdiction, so The United States holds the soil, and The United States of America holds the land underlying the soil (“Soil” is defined as the top six inch layer of dirt, and land is everything underlying the soil.)

Now look at those “Delegated and Incorporated Powers”….

There is a Federal United States which is meant to exercise the powers delegated to it by The United States of America via “The Constitution for the united States of America”. This Federal United States was originally doing-business-as the “States of America”. As you can see, the word “united” in the title of its Constitution is being used as a descriptive adjective, not part of the name.

When we look deeper, we find that the “States of America” were members of the Confederation of States formed in 1781 under The Articles of Confederation. These then, from the get-go, were “confederate States of States” that belonged to the States of the Federal Union. For example, The State of Maine belonged to Maine. Again, notice that the definite article “the” is part of the name of The State of Maine, and it is capitalized.

In the wake of the Civil War, this part of our government and the States of States belonging to it, disappeared. This is the portion of our government that Ms. Hudes and the World Bank rightly insist has been in “abeyance” all these years.

The British-backed Territorial United States usurped upon the delegated powers entrusted to the Federal United States and secretively substituted unauthorized Territorial “States of States” and imposed new “State Constitutions” under deceptively similar names.

“The State of Maine” was replaced by “the State of Maine” and people then, as now, didn’t know the difference. There was a State of Maine before and a State of Maine after, so they just trusted the fine points to the lawyers and legislators–to their everlasting detriment and the detriment of the entire world.

This Territorial United States now has 57 states — it’s fifty “state of state” franchises, plus seven actual territorial “insular states” including the District of Columbia operating as “The State of New Columbia”, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, etc.

It does business as “the” United States of America or more recently, simply, “United States of America”. This deceptively similar name causes a lot of confusion as people naturally mistake this British interloper for The United States of America, and vice versa — which is the crux of the British fraud being practiced against the people of this country and the rest of the world.

The Municipal United States was created by Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17 and was meant only to provide a local municipal government for the District of Columbia, which was to be operated as a common turf for the states to conduct their business. Congress was given “plenary” — that is, complete control, of the District, and it was fully formed by 1801.

In 1871 the Territorial United States Congress (there hasn’t been an actual Federal Congress since the Civil War) started a move to set up its own for-profit government services corporation. It took several years, but by 1877, the object had been achieved.

They began their own municipal franchise operations soon afterward, taking over the “United States” name the same way the Territorial United States organization commandeered the “United States of America” name, with the same object and result — confused identities and fraud upon the American people and the rest of the world.

So the Territorial United States operating in Gross Breach of Trust has made use of our sons and daughters as gun-fodder enforcing British commercial feudalism abroad, and the Municipal United States operated by the Territorial United States Congress has promoted the same oppressions at home.

And all of this is utterly, absolutely, completely lawless. The British Crown and the British Government have masqueraded successfully as the American Government for a 150 years, using their willing dupes and proxies in the Territorial United States Congress to pull it off.

We and the entire rest of the world have suffered accordingly.

Please note that the entire “Federal Government” — Federal, Territorial, and Municipal, was created for the sole purpose of exercising the Delegated and Incorporated (that is, Commercial) Powers. It has never had any delegated power related to our land or soil, nor does it have control of any power not strictly granted to it and “enumerated” in the constitutional agreements.

Now the question becomes — what to do about it?
