Deeds vs. Allodial Title by Robert-Dean:House
As found in Webster’s Dictionary 1828
Allodial, “Pertaining to allodium; freehold; free of rent or service; held independence of a lord paramount; opposed to feudal.”
Allodium, “Freehold estate; land which is the absolute property of the owner, real estate held in absolute independence, without being subject to any rent, service, or acknowledgment to a superior. It is thus opposed of feud. In England, there is no allodial land, all land being held of the king; but in the United States, most lands are allodial.
Title, “6. Right; or that which constitutes a just cause of exclusive possession; that which is the foundation of ownership; as a good title to an estate.”
Deed, “A writing containing some contract or agreement, and the evidence of its execution; particularly, an instrument on paper or parchment, conveying real estate to a purchaser or done. This instrument must be executed, and the execution attested, in the manner prescribed by law.
In Florida anyway, most land is Allodial but the county takes it upon itself to impose a Deed upon the property owner under deceit and the owner believes that holding a Deed is a good thing. However, he/she does not know that the true owner is the county and they are only a tenement of the land. It states so on the Deed. This gives the county authority to charge the tenant a rental fee called a yearly TAX.
Just like your automobile, upon full payment purchase, the Manufactures Statement of Origin is ceased by the State’s D.M.V., (or whatever they are called, each state is different), and the D.M.V. holds it as owner and issues the buyer a Certificate of Title, thus charging the buyer a rental fee via the yearly registration. This, like the land tax, is fraud because it is never fully disclosed to the people as to what they are doing.
I have been working very extensively on these two frauds via (Affidavit) Statement of the facts, and they are not being responded to. I am being forced into paying an extortion fee of $2189.35, which is subject to change, or lose 1/2, the south 10 acres, of my land if it is not paid by the 17th of Dec. this year.
These people are part of the swamp and as a service provider are providing an unlawful service via deceit and consent of the people.
To get free of the swamp, one must first declare their status as a non-citizen people via the form of (Affidavit) Statement of Status… for only a free people can own land. If you stay as a citizen you will never own anything and this is what they do not say when you hear people say, “We do not own anything, we only rent it”. YES, as a CITIZEN.
