The Corporations property tax

I am disgusted with people who insist on paying their share of property tax and tell me that I must do also.

In 2002, I contracted with a corporation of individuals and met their payment requirement of $100,000.00 for a 20-acre parcel of land in Florida.  Even though we agreed to use federal reserve notes, paper I O U’s, as payment, the contract was proper and accepted by both parties, even though the FRN’s were the property of a third party.

Courts, if you ever enter one, will try to say that the land is not really yours for it was not paid for and that you only promised to pay.  However, what the court does not expect from you is that you may require the court to call in one of the third party owners of the Federal Reserve to testify to that fact.  The problem is, no one will appear, for if they did they would have to admit that the notes are a fraud based on nothing. So you see, you do not have to worry about that bluff of deceit in an attempt to get you to consent.

My real estate agent stated that I did not have to worry about the deed for the prior owner’s attorney would take care of that.  Thus, the fraud.  The transaction was already complete when an unwanted third party fraudulently intervened and notified a fourth party, County Government Corporation, which attached an unlawful deed to the land.  Then sent me a tax notice, “Not a bill do not pay” each year.  30 days after that they sent the bill for which I consented to and paid.  This bill had all the different corporations I was thought to be doing business with, Fire Dept., Waste Management, etc.

The notice was the key for which I had 30 days to consent to or not.  After the 30 days, it is deemed as tacit consent because I had the obligation to oppose the notice but did not.

Sometime in the past years, the county took upon itself to divide the land in half, the south half for Agriculture and the north half was under the homestead exemption.  I did not sign anything agreeing to this or to the deed.  In 2015, after gaining the knowledge of the frauds these corporations use on people, I did a form of affidavit dissolving all their contracts and I no longer paid a south 10-acre tax.

In 1917, I created an Allodial Title via Land Patent for the metes and bounds of the land.  This was done lawfully and a notice was placed into the local paper for the reply of any who thought they had a claim to the land.  No one answered.  This was then placed into the public record and a cert. copy sent to the Corporate Secretary of State Florida and D.C. Corporation and recently to the County Tax Collector who should have checked the public record before doing what it has attempted.

On Oct. 21, 2019, I received a Notice of Tax Deed Application, which stated that I had to pay them $2189.35 by the 13th of Dec. or on the 17th they would auction the 10 acres to pay it.  see
attached.  I responded with a Condition of Acceptance.  See attached.  Then later with an Affidavit Statement of Contract, also attached.

I now await the outcome of Dec. 17th sale which can be verified by calling the Charlotte county tax collector at 941-743-1350, call for a bid?
