A Deed as in Webster’s Dictionary 1828 defined as;

4.  A writing containing some contract or agreement, and the evidence of its execution; particularly, an instrument on paper or parchment, conveying the real estate to a purchaser or donee.  This instrument must be executed, and the execution attested, in the manner prescribed by law.

Indeed, in fact; in reality.  These are united and called an adverb.  But sometimes they are separated by very, in very deed; a more emphatical expression. Exodus 9:16.

DEED, verb transitive To convey or transfer by deed; a popular use of the word in America; as, he deeded all his estate to his eldest son.

And a contract between two lawful parties in the exchange of property for a profit is to be honored by all and under The Law of Nations, there are no Laws Impairing the Obligation of Contracts.  Thus, a third party can not lawfully interfere, but it does.

When the sale of property such as lands go through a third party of the selling party, the attorney,  the attorney notifies its coconspirator, the Clerk of Court of the County for which the property is located, who creates a deed of their title and the new owner as the tenement.  Unknowing to the new owner and without his/her consent.
.
Another coconspirator, the Tax Collector is made aware of the transaction and creates a yearly property tax, rent, to be sent to the new owner via the Strawman, all Caps Fictitious Character, SMITH, JOHN T, et al, via the buyers address who then pays the bill believing that that is always how it has been done.
.
Once the new owner notifies the Tax Collector and the County via (Affidavit) Statement of-fraud and refuses to pay the extortion fee because he was not made aware of a deed being created as an instrument of another for its own purpose, to deceive the owner into consenting to the payment of the extortion fee, the tax.
.
After a couple years of non-payment, the deed is put up for auction, not the land, however, they deceive the owner into believing that it is the land that and the sale is based on the estimated taxable value of the property found at the bottom of yearly Property Appraisers Assessment Report, another coconspirator.
.
To win the bid, the bidder who is experienced and also another coconspirator must bide the Appraised amount along with the combined delinquent extortion fee.
.
The property owner is then contacted and informed of the transaction by the winning bidder who has now invested into the extortion of the property.
.
To secure the fraud of this deceit, the conspirators must secure a contract from the owner.  How?  The owner is given several calls from other coconspirators notifying the owner that he/she has proceeds coming from the sale.  The proceeds just happen to be the Assessed amount of the Property Appraiser.
.
Under ignorance and greed, the owner will often accept the amount, after all, he/she believes that the extortion was legitimate and would rather get something out of it than lose it all.  The new and lawful contract is secured upon the signature of the owner agreeing to sell the property for the Assessed amount. Also, to encourage the sale, the caller will inform the owner that he/she has a specific time to act or the proceeds will be turned over to another Coconspirator, the STATE.

The property is then put back on the market for a tidy profit.

To prevent this extortion from happening to a citizen, declare your status via Affidavit of non-citizen people/national and notify the coconspirators.
.
This can only happen to a citizen who believes they are citizens under the above mentioned corporate government.  A real Government is for the people, by the people, and of the people.  And start a County Assembly under common law Self Governance.
