During the campaign Donald Trump would repeatedly warn Americans that Joe Biden was shot mentally.

On the trail Biden would forget how many grandkids he had, what state he was in and even when he served in office.

As soon as he picked Kamala Harris as his running mate and described himself as a transition candidate, many Americans believed Biden was already signaling that he did not intend to serve a full term in office.
