The jury acquitting Kyle Rittenhouse is not the end of the story. Rittenhouse is looking to hold those on the left that lied about him accountable. And Kyle Rittenhouse issued one warning to Joe Biden that just put Biden in legal trouble.

Rittenhouse sat for his first major interview with Tucker Carlson following a jury acquitting him of six counts of murder and attempted murder following Rittenhouse shooting three Black Lives Matter rioters in Kenosha, Wisconsin during a BLM insurrection last August.

In the interview, Carlson asked Rittenhouse to respond to Joe Biden smearing Rittenhouse as a white supremacist on social media during the 2020 election.

Rittenhouse urged Joe Biden to pay attention to the facts about the case before popping off on social media and lying about someone.

“Mr. President, if I could say one thing to you, I would urge you to go back and watch the trial and understand the facts before you make a statement.”

Rittenhouse hinted at a lawsuit using legal terms claiming that Biden’s tweet represented “actual malice, defaming my character for him to say something like that.”

Biden got himself in trouble last September 30 after the first presidential debate by falsely claiming Donald Trump signaled to white supremacist militias that Trump supported a wave of political violence on his behalf.

“There’s no other way to put it: the President of the United States refused to disavow white supremacists on the debate stage last night,” Biden wrote on Twitter.

In the tweet, Biden identified Rittenhouse as one of the white supremacists Trump supposedly drafted into his service.

Rittenhouse’s use of the phrase “actual malice” is a very specific level of standard a plaintiff has to meet when bringing a defamation suit.

And it does appear that Rittenhouse will sue Biden.

Wendy Rittenhouse – Kyle’s mother – told Sean Hannity that Biden defamed her son.

Later on in the interview, Rittenhouse ticked off the lies Democrats and members of the corporate media told about him and added that Rittenhouse believed his lawyers would be able to hold these smear merchants – like Joe Biden – accountable in court.

“It’s actually quite hysterical how nobody can go back and look at the facts of the case. He crossed state lines, false. He’s a white supremacist, false. None of that is true. And the lies that they can just get away with spreading, it’s just sickening and it’s a disgrace to this country,” Rittenhouse began.

“I have really good lawyers who are taking care of that right now. So, I’m hoping, one day, there will be some — there will be accountability for their actions that they did,” Rittenhouse added.
