No, Mike, France does not have to make its citizen a non-citizen to justifiably killing them.  They are doing that now.  When one is a citizen under their authority the authority has the right to do to their slave as they will.  Why are you trying to frighten the people about losing their citizen SHIP?  The people should be doing this on their own so authorities cannot harm them.  Once one has done a Live Life Claim of who and what one is and pledged to God by way of God’s seal of a red thumbprint, not even Satan can bring them harm.  I am a testimony of that.
