I confirm by watching the video that it was not recorded in 2022 but in fact 2020 as he talks of Trump as the president and the award he got, the man said it was 2020.  Also, he talks as if he knows nothing of the White Nights, the Vatican taken down, the Queen gone, etc. etc.
