For those that claim that Each and Every person, individual or people needs to file documents with the US CORP and USPS to become officially Sovereign and/or an American State National by claiming their political status correctly, Peymon Mottahedeh brings up what is what and backed up by legislative law and court cases that We The People are Sovereign People as a ‘whole’ but NOT on an individual basis, so we do not have to go thru all this rigamarole to get it accomplished, however, we need to make Public Notice of this or corrupt US CORP officials will make us as Slaves forever. We The People only need an official document from Trump to show that the US CORP is dead and not wait on some rumor to show that all these US CORP codes are now Null and Void.

Listen to his wording to catch what the law and court cases say and not what some cop, attorney, judge, or other government official tells you.

At 10 minutes he brings up that the People have the Rights thru the legislature to have these Rights as a whole and not have to be on an individual basis. At 16:35 minutes he specifically states from that case; “all public rights belong to the people at large.” This means collectively and not picking and choosing the; “rights of each individual.” In other words, the government officials and the elite are not the only ones to have these rights. At 18 minutes he brings up that the president makes a speech for the ‘State of the Union’ and not ‘State of the Country.’ At 36:40 minutes he differentiates the ‘United Sates’ via D.C. versus the 50 states per the Internal Revenues Code as to who it applies to and it is not We The People of the 50 states. The different agencies that put out their own codes CANNOT state different definitions of what is what that those are contradicting the other codes can then be null and void or else a judge can preside over a person who is a U.S. Citizen by one code and then a State National per another code when they relate to the same case.

Scenario: If the Code of Federal Regulations ATF regulations Code 27 defines the ‘United Sates’ as being the 50 states and D.C. while the Internal Revenue Code defines the ‘United Sates’ as NOT including the 50 states then there is a conflict of interest, and every case for anyone being charged and/or arrested by either code must have their charges and cases dismissed, as someone that may have a firearm, so-called illegally, while at the same time not paying their income tax cannot be a U.S. Citizen and a Sovereign at the same time. This would also include your family, friends, neighbors, and everyone else that has a case against them as We The People are a ‘whole’, not individuals, just like years ago blacks did not have rights and whites did, and that is still ongoing today, as many blacks have been arrested solely on the basis of their race, and more and more of the blacks convicted decades ago are now being released and exonerated for the government corruption back then.

And if you want to present this to your employer to then have your claim exempt then tell them they must comply with the definitions of the law and court cases or else you can have them charged with those, primarily when it is US Supreme Court cases.

I have said this before, yet it has come to the point that by May 1, 2022, many will know what is going on that the Republic is OFFICIAL and the Federal Reserve System and IRS are shut down with the new United States Treasury Notes then being handed out and not counterfeit currency. You will see that the new $20 bill will have JFK on it and not the Treasonous President Grant who signed into law the Organic Act of 1871 making the ‘United States’ into The UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC.! Yes, for those that did not know is that JFK put into effect major actions to bring about the Republic, but he did not have as much backing as Trump has had these past 5 years, but some US Military Generals still continued with this effort for the next 60 years.

We The People are at a tipping point for the rumors to continue to come out when it appears nothing is being done and then where We The People will have to go to war ourselves to accomplish all this. Yeah, continue to pay your Fraudulent Income Taxes to a defunct corporation till the Big Announcement is made. Some are even saying not till May 5, 2022, celebrating Cinco de Mayo 1862, the Big Announcement will happen. This cannot go on forever for DJ Trump and the White Hats to extend this till Memorial Day, the Fourth of July, Labor Day, or even to the 2022 elections in November for a corporate government that has been officially revoked per the US Constitution and Military Law, as then We The People can then charge Trump, Durham, the White Hats and the US Military themselves for Treason as they are supposed to be in the Republic with the classified documents to be exposed to We The People. We cannot go into the Depression-II or the Holocaust-II to let the people of the world see it. And if it does stretch out to the November elections for a non-existent government then Trump himself should be held accountable for every death that occurred per the COVID pandemic since April 1, 2022, when as Commander-in-Chief of the US Republic Military he took no actions to bring this all out when Congress and all other government officials were to be arrested and moved out of Washington DC. This is not an act of kindness to ask them to please leave as it has been going on for 151 years. How can We The People be held accountable for Durham and Trump declassifying all the corrupt government documents to We The People when we have no access to take any actions? There does not need to be 100 million people to sign a petition to have Trump arrested for Treason when we are still considered to be US Citizens/Slaves of a defunct corporation, which then Congress and the US Supreme Court have no more jurisdiction to follow through on that petition.

Friday, I mentioned to some that last Monday when I traveled to Lancaster and back that it was windy all day and here in Trona it was so bad with the 50-80 mph gusts it cut off a major phone and internet line for 26 hours to about 6 PM Tuesday, so not much to do online then, so if you are based solely on the internet for business or banking then forget about this type of living as even the Post office and businesses here could only work with ‘CASH ONLY’ and no money orders allowed to be purchased, and if the USA is built on online business only then Amazon.com, Facebook and others will surely go down the tubes, as well as 911 calls and your cell phones.
