We would like to share it. There are 33 lawful states and 17 lawful territories that are party to The United States of America’s Constitution circa 1860. We have had a de facto, color of law, a benevolent form of martial law until it no longer was. It is now malevolent.

4 years ago we embarked on our mission. First was to assemble, as in the 1st Amendment; We declared we were ARTICLE I Section 1 of Oregon’s Constitution 1859. There were no rebuttals. We declared we were a Civilian Court of record when we formed it. We enabled Ex Parte Milligan and nullified martial law/Lieber code/FEMA; no rebuttals; We gathered a jury pool and called a Grand Jury; We have made 93 Presentments to 38 Prosecutors in Oregon; we have made 93 True Bills to our ARTICLE III Amendment VII one supreme Court claiming original jurisdiction. Whose jury verdict has no appeal in law; no rebuttals; We utilize the Universal Postal Union Treaty to serve all our documents and have proof of service. WWW.ORSJA.org for all of the videos of 5 Grand Juries with all the lawful documentation; 3 trial juries with all the documentation and their videos.

So, we went from 6 people to several hundred in our jury pool, to notifying the USDOJ, USMS, FBI, USMC, State of Oregon aka STATE OF OREGON’S incorporated, defunct, color of law, subdivision of the United States inc governance and 36 Sheriffs/ DAs, PM and JAG and they all acquiesced and defaulted 3 times, multiple times. We arrived at our present step, in our 1 step at a time operating procedure. What took us 4 years, the paperwork can be completed in 15 hours, 5 people, 50 bucks in postage, 40 bucks for a court’s seal, and wait 21 days. During that time you need to grow a jury pool. We held our first Grand Jury when we had 45 members.

We tried 8 Oregonian persons, formerly or currently de facto governance, for Treason. The Jury verdicts were guilty.
